4. Unless otherwise provided by an act or regulation, you may use the website's FAQ section to ask questions or request to exercise the following rights from the Group's personnel management unit in accordance with Article 3 of the PDPA:

(1) Inquiring, applying for reviews or for copies from the Group, for which the Group may charge fees for the cost in accordance with Article 14 of the PDPA.

(2) Requesting the Group to supplement or correct the information, provided that the reasons and facts in relation to the request pursuant to Article 19 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act are provided.

(3) Requesting the Group to cease all collection of your personal data.

(4) The right to request the Group to cease processing or using your personal data in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 11 of the PDPA, where there are errors or disputes concerning the correctness of your personal data. This excludes situations where you have consented in writing or situations where the use of your personal data is required for the Group to perform business activities, provided that the area of dispute has been remarked clearly.

(5) The right to request the Group to delete or cease processing or using your personal data in accordance with Paragraph 3, Article 11 of the PDPA, where the Collection Purposes for collecting your personal data ceases to exist or expires. This excludes situations where you have consented in writing or situations where the use of your personal data is required for the Group to perform business activities.


5. You may choose whether to provide all of your personal data or not. If you choose to not provide your personal data, or provide incomplete or incorrect personal data, the Group will be unable to proceed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
