  5.英文聽說讀寫能力優，須審閱英文合約。
  6.具備律師資格、金融證照者佳。
  7.具備國外大學/研究所學歷(LLM)或涉外工作經驗者佳。
  8.具備銀行企金產品法務經驗佳。
