1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and apply Generative AI (GenAI) models, especially large language models (LLMs).
2. Develop and implement insurance products and services, and optimize the efficiency, scalability, and performance of GenAI models.
3. Learn and share the latest AI and Machine Learning (ML) development.
4. Adjust and fine-tune GenAI models, and write user manuals detailing the development process and user instructions.
5. Develop and maintain the model training and deployment process to ensure optimal system performance.

  4. Model training and finetuning experience and familiarity with PEFT or quantization techniques
