2.追蹤營運表現，研擬作業精進方案，執行流程/系統調整設計、開發進度管理。

• License： Preferred：初階授信人員專業能力測驗、初階外匯人員專業能力測驗、銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗(一般金融)(原銀行內部控制基本測驗)
• Other requirements： 1. 英文多益730分以上或程度相當之英語認證(請於履歷表中具體說明)
  2. 對專案規劃及推動有極高的熱忱，具企劃、簡報與跨單位團隊合作溝通協調能力。
  3. 具良好邏輯思維，能獨立自主作業，高度執行能力、抗壓性與主動回報能力。
  4. 能運用SQL、Python具資料分析能力者尤佳。
