- Required program： 商業及管理相關科系、教育相關科系
- Required language ability： Preferred：英語 / 基礎
- Knowledge： Required：專案管理(overall)、勞動法令、蒐集與分析就業市場資訊、薪資談判、實體活動規劃與執行、具備人力資源相關知識、招募活動制度設計、職能面談 (薪酬談判)、人力編制規劃控管
- License： No restriction
