【 職務需求 Job Requirements 】
1.Support company’s digital adoption initiatives, to ensure that our organization is getting the most out of our digital assets.
2.Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including product, IT, and customer service, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience.
3.Define and execute digital adoption strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes, productivity, data integrity, process consistency, documentation and training.
4.Collaborate with cross functional delivery teams that design, develop, deliver, and maintain organizational platforms.
5.Partner with stakeholders across the company to understand individual department and organizational goals/initiatives and assess the correlated digital adoption challenges and priorities.
6.Develop and maintain an adoption roadmap with stages, deadlines, and goals.

• Salary Range： Negotiable (Regular salary is 40,000 and above.)

• Knowledge： Required：專案管理(overall)、信用作業風險管理、海外業務規劃與執行、金融從業人員知識與道德、銀行內部控制法規與制度、授信風險相關知識、交易對手信用風險相關知識、資本計提相關知識、金融商品專業知識
• License： No restriction
• Other requirements： 1.Familiarity with working in an agile format and fast-paced environment and ability to hit deadlines.
  2.Possess and obtain expertise related to driving adoption with digital user experience journeys. UX designer experience a plus.
  3.Ability to prioritize and implement projects from multiple stakeholders based on value added back to the business.
  4.Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  5.Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  7.Willing to relocate to Vietnam for long-term.
  8.3+ years of digital platform experience.
  9.Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech.
