1. 跨作業整合性專案規劃與推動，研擬作業精進方案，執行流程/系統/組織設計及開發進度管理。
2. 作業發展趨勢與競品研究分析，研擬海內外營運作業發展策略與行動計劃。

Preferred：台幣存匯業務作業、外幣存匯業務作業、個金授信業務作業、企金授信業務作業、OBU授信業務作業、貿融業務作業、Tableau、Teradata - License： Preferred：初階授信人員專業能力測驗、初階外匯人員專業能力測驗、銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗(一般金融)(原銀行內部控制基本測驗)

專業要求:(硬實力)
1. 對專案規劃及推動有極高的熱忱，具簡報、企劃與跨單位團隊合作溝通協調能力。
2. 具金融相關之企劃經驗。
3. 具SQL、Tableau、RPA工具使用能力者尤佳。
