【主要工作內容】
1.透過數據分析，發現問題提出精進/創新方案，趨動業務發展。
2.依企業策略與市場趨勢，提出未來人力資源發展規劃。
3.整合內外部資料，建立主管儀表板等管理工具，提升人力運營決策效率。
4.設計及維護人力運營日常報表，監控並分析人力運營情形。

  4.對數據資料有敏感度且有熱情，擅長從資料中洞察、分析問題。
