  1. 至少 3 年以上從事金融或數位相關產業(如網路、電商、消費支付等領域)。
  2. 曾執行大型數位平台或專案開發經驗，具備與資訊人員溝通能力。
  3. 具良好邏輯思維能力，擅長在數據中洞察分析問題與提供解決方案。
  4. 具良好的表達能力，能適應頻繁溝通的工作環境，擔任跨事業單位的溝通窗口。
  5. 能獨立自主作業，且具高度執行能力與主動回報能力。
  6. 具備資料撈取及分析能力尤佳，如 GA、SQL。
