1.共同執行通路業務之年度經營策略，以達成個人目標及組目標
2.協助通路經營客戶、維護往來關係，並提供教育訓練等，輔以通路達成預算目標
3.掌握金融市場動向，正確執行交易並管理客戶部位
4.落實內稽、內控、法遵及風險管理，以確保業務執行正確與合規

• Other requirements： 有衍生性金融商品交易人員資格、證券分析師、CFA證照尤佳
