2. 從事API程式設計、修改、測試及維護。
3. 確認API程式的目的與功能，進行程序開發及測試，並撰寫API程式技術白皮書。
4. 從事相關API程式開發、管理與維護。

  短期: 3M以內，瞭解公司制度與作業流程，透過教育訓練課程熟悉開發流程、系統框架，奠基後續工作技能基礎，並融入團隊與同仁熟識。
  
  中期：3M-2Y，累積API開發經驗與技能，增進跨單位、部門溝通技巧，學習獨立執行業務，持續性的專業能力培養與累積系統架構規劃經驗。
  
  長期：2Y以上，持續精進開發技能與系統設計經驗，往高階API工程師或系統分析師發展，進行跨部門專案整合與管理工作。
