【職責】：
1.研究發展客製化Linux作業系統，應用集團各子公司的可行性
2.驗證Open Enterprise Linux作業系統導入及建置，包括基礎鏡像容器及VM。
3.與OpenELA組織或相關廠商共同研究發展企業級應用的Linux。

【安全與合規】
1.研究發展作業系統及其客製化安全合規發展策略。
2.確保集團個子公司應用時，法規的數據安全與合規要求。

【跨部門協作】
需與廠商一同進行，跟開發、網路及資安團隊密切合作，研究討論Day 2維運之降載模式，如patch更新、漏洞修補等等。

【資格條件】：
1.具備 RHEL、SUSE Linux 或其他 Linux 系統管理或研究經驗。
2.熟悉伺服器硬體、虛擬化技術（如 VMware、KVM）與容器平台（如 Kubernetes）。
3.熟悉系統監控工具（如 Prometheus、Nagios）。
4.具備基礎網路知識（TCP/IP、DNS、VPN）及資安相關概念。
5.具備infra研發且能與團隊合作之能力。
