【工作說明】
1. 國內、外法規制度研究，並提供法律諮詢。
2. 審閱與修訂中、英文合約及相關法律文件。
3. 提供內部各單位法律事務支援，包含但不限於法律問題諮詢與解決方案提供。
4. 辦理其他法律事務及主管交辦工作。

【其他條件】
1. 精通個人資料保護法、GDPR、或智慧財產與其他新興科技相關法律者尤佳。
2. 有智能理財、大數據、數位保險及產品經營、API開發、數據架構等相關金融科技法律有相關研究或個案参與經驗者尤佳(需提供相關法規或個案研究資料)。
3. 較强的英語讀寫與口頭溝通能力。
4. 抗壓性高、積極主動且對金融科技法律相關議題有興趣及高度熱忱。
