【工作說明】
1. 國內、外法規制度研究，並提供法律諮詢。
2. 審閱與修訂中、英文合約及相關法律文件。
3. 提供公司各單位法律事務支援，包含但不限於法律問題諮詢與解決方案提供。
4. 辦理其他法律事務及主管交辦工作。

【其他條件】
1. 熟悉個人資料保護法、GDPR、智慧財產與其他新興科技相關法律者尤佳。
2. 曾參與AI、區塊鏈、雲端服務、數據架構等金融科技相關法律議題之研究或個案者尤佳 (需提供相關法規或個案研究資料)。
3. 具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力。
4. 個性積極主動、具高度抗壓能力，並對金融科技法律領域具高度興趣與學習熱忱。
