【工作內容】
1.多元化保險服務模式之規劃、執行與分析回饋。
2.分析國內外保險市場及客戶需求，優化繳費服務流程以提高客戶服務滿意度。
3.根據客戶與公司接觸或服務軌跡，規劃繳費服務，並評估新科技、新技術研究與導入，以利保險金融科技應用。
4.繳費相關數據分析與專案管理。
5.繳費服務之使用者意見回饋蒐集，及系統流程優化規劃與測試。

  統一安排團體新人訓練，瞭解公司組織文化及各項業務運作，並提供完善的保費基礎課程及專案管理等專業訓練。

  培養分析及專案管理等能力，以負責保費系統之開發專案。

  培養團隊帶領、專案管理等能力，透明晉升機制，以建構完整職涯規劃。
