2.國內外數位發展趨勢、同業數位行銷工具發展現況及市場趨勢研究。
3.數位技術評估與導入（例如：智能客服、人工智慧等）。
4.e化、M化保險業務行銷工具需求研究、規劃及推動。
5.使用者操作介面與動線規劃（UI/UX）及專案管理。
6.Fintech趨勢研究及發展應用規劃。

  4.抗壓性佳、配合度高，具溝通協調能力。
