【培訓歷程】
1. 新人培訓：
瞭解公司組織文化、各項業務專案實作。
2. 輔導員機制：
提供日常生活及業務上的各項幫助。
3. 在職訓練：
完善的內部在職教育訓練及外部進修課程，另有證照考照補助。
