  依據所屬單位，進行商品開辦、利潤分析及風險控管、資產負債管理、各項測試分析及評估的專業能力培養及訓練，並經由跨部門業務合作培養溝通及團隊合作能力。
  3. 持續深耕發展，參與國、內外研習進修課程，培養決策及領導能力，建構完整職涯規劃。
