1.依據企業策略與市場趨勢，透過數據分析，提出並執行契約品質精進計劃。
2.規劃核保業務流程及作業準則，推動新契約流程教育方案。
3.蒐集創新服務模式，規劃客戶導向的滿意服務。
4.監控並分析契約管理情形，以提升經營效率及品質。"
