1.多元化保險服務模式及宣傳活動規劃、執行與分析回饋。
2.分析國內外保險市場及客戶需求，優化服務流程以維繫良好客戶關係及提高服務滿意度。
3.根據客戶過去與公司接觸或服務軌跡，建立相關分析模型。
